Procurement Coordinator

Plug. are in partnership with a multi award-winning London based interior design and interior architecture studio to search the market for a Procurement Coordinator to join their strong team based in Fulham.

The studio specialises in detail driven luxury residential projects for private clients and property developers across the UK and overseas. Creating home that are authentic, timeless and liveable the team pride themselves with having no two projects the same yet completing all with their signature classic contemporary aesthetic.

Current projects include a 6,000 SQFT 5 floor Mayfair Townhouse, a family home in the hearty of Kensington and a new build country home in Surrey. Alongside their UK portfolio the studio has recent and ongoing projects in Miami, New York, Paris and the South of France.

The studio is hiring a Procurement Coordinator to lead the day to day running of multiple projects as well as working as a team to advance the overall procurement function within the company.

​

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will be able to take ownership from initial costing to project completion. Understanding and proactively working to project programmes to ensure seamless execution are essential. 

​

Key areas of responsibility:

​

• Working closely with the design team to prepare full FF&E cost estimates and being responsible for project budgets.

• Tendering and analysing bespoke specification packages to select the most suitable suppliers with the design team.

• Understanding and proactively working to project programmes to ensure seamless execution.

• Ensuring all necessary documentation and reporting is up to date and filed correctly throughout the course of a project, consolidating O&M manuals and working with the finance department to reconcile project accounts.

To apply you will have minimum 2 years’ experience with a luxury interior design firm with on-site experience.
