As an Associate, you will lead their project design team to successfully deliver high-calibre projects with a strong creative vision and a practical approach. You will be responsible for all the design work produced by the team and ensure it meets the company's high standards of quality. You’ll work closely with the Directors on leadership matters and the Project Management team to support project delivery.

You should have strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire the team, coupled with ambition and compassion.

This studio is located in the artsy riverside area of Hammersmith, where you can find peaceful riverwalks on your lunchbreak and some historic pubs for a drink afterwork.
