As a Technical Designer, you will be an integral part of their design team, responsible for bringing their creative concepts to life with precision and technical expertise.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

1. Collaborating with our design team to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects.

2. Ensuring that all design plans and documentation meet industry standards and building codes.

3. Preparing comprehensive documentation packages for construction and permitting.

4. Coordinating with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.

5. Contributing to the creative process by offering technical insights and solutions.

Requirements

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

 

1. A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in residential design, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings and 3D modeling.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.

4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
