Plug are searching the market for an organised and hardworking office Manager to join their 35 strong, highly qualified team in Chelsea. This is a studio-based role, requiring working from the studio’s office a minimum 4 days a week.

The studio in question offers turnkey residential interior design, architectural design and project management for private individuals and property developers.

Proudly boasting some of the best designers across the globe, they have a wealth of experience having carried out projects worldwide; from working on some of the most prestigious London postcodes, to villas in the Middle East, Shanghai apartments and New York brownstone townhouses.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

Studio Coordination


  • Act as front of house greeting guests, answering the phone and managing the studio inbox

  • Assisting designers servicing client and supplier meetings

  • Maintaining office tidiness, overseeing Health & Safety and all team events

IT Management

  • Liaising with IT consultant for ad hoc studio requests

  • Onboarding IT – setting up new employees

  • Cybersecurity training

HR Administration

  • Recruitment process – launching the new role, short listing candidates and booking interviews

  • On boarding all new employees & setting up documents

  • Managing admin for Employee Appraisals

Finance Support

  • Support Finance Manager on ad hoc tasks

  • Responsible for collecting VAT expense receipts

This is a full-time position in a hybrid working environment with flexible hours, where you will be reporting directly to the CEO. The studio operates an annual bonus scheme, free access to a virtual therapist for mental well-being and offers a complimentary onsite gym membership.
