As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take the helm of their most prestigious projects, guiding them to new heights of sophistication and style. You will lead a team of talented designers, collaborating with clients, architects, and craftsmen to shape luxurious and captivating spaces.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass:

 

1. Leading design consultations with discerning clients, translating their aspirations into awe-inspiring concepts.

2. To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the Director in charge of key project stages

3. To understand the project budgetary constraints and deliver the project accordingly

4. Overseeing project execution with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

5. To ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements where required

6. To implement QA procedures for all design stages, and issue sign-off sheets to clients where required

To excel in this role, you should be able to:

 

1. Develop original and creative design concepts and schemes

2. Able to lead the direction of the design and demonstrate technical competency

3. Communicate well with clients and consultants and interpret needs and requirements

4. To coordinate, lead, and delegate tasks to the internal design team for the project

5. Be responsive to ideas and approach the team positively.
