They are now looking to add to their 130-award-winning team an IT Manager whose primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support business operations and drive technological efficiency.

This position involves collaborating with key stakeholders and making strategic decisions to align IT initiatives with this high-end luxury studio’s goals.

 

The responsibilities for this luxury residential and hospitality design studio encompass managing Infrastructure, Security, Financial Management, and Support functions.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  1. Cloud Services Management:

  2. Hardware and Software Procurement

  3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  4. Data Backup and Recovery

  5. Vulnerability Management

  6. Security Policy and Procedure Development

  7. Security Awareness and Training

  8. Incident Escalation and Collaboration.

  9. Cost Analysis

Requirements

 

The successful candidate will possess:

 

  1. Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

  3. Strong customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.

  4. A willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

  5. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing.

  6. Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in IT infrastructure.

  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  8. Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.

  9. Experience with incident response procedures and handling security incidents.

  10. Experience in conducting financial analysis, cost control, and budget forecasting for IT initiatives.

  11. Familiarity with IT procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation to optimize costs and value.

  12. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
