They take great pride in delivering a full range of services that infuse every space with luxury, sophistication, and a personalised touch. Currently they are seeking a passionate and ambitious Design Associate to lead their project design team.
As the Design Associate, you will be responsible for all the design work produced by your team ensuring it upholds the company's high standards for quality, timeliness, and innovation. You will work closely with the Directors on leadership matters and support the Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will manage relationships with clients, lead project presentations, and serve as an advocate for the studios exceptional work.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for design along with outstanding leadership and mentoring skills. You will have a deep understanding of your team's capabilities and strengths, allowing you to effectively schedule and conduct project reviews. This will ensure that deadlines are met, and projects are managed in an organised and structured manner.
This studio is situated in Kensington, one of London's most affluent neighbourhoods. The area boasts a rich cultural scene of free museums, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the Natural History Museum. You can also visit Kensington Palace, explore Kensington Gardens, hit the shops in High Street Kensington, and enjoy a large choice of restaurants.
In this exceptional role, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your 8-hour workday, allowing for earlier or later starts to accommodate your travel, childcare, or lifestyle needs.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Luxury Interior Design, is required to apply.
