We are searching the market for a driven and dynamic Operations Manager to join their 120 strong studio, based in Belgravia.

To explain further this studio specialises in private residential, hospitality and multi-unit developments all completed to the highest level of quality.

Current projects include a Penthouse in Chelsea, a 22,000 sq. ft Townhouse just behind Kings Road, a 15,000 sq ft Residence in South of France and a Private Aircraft all for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.

This position requires a hands-on, organised and structured individual to lead operations, processes and protocols across the business globally.

Main tasks will include running the day-to-day operations for the studio, building management, people and process logistics, Administration, Communication, Health and Safety and GDPR compliance.

Requirements

This is a full-time position in a hybrid working environment with flexible hours, a strong professional network and experience in the interior design industry will be favoured to understand key industry challenges.
