Who are we?

Plug. is a recruitment consultancy entirely focused on the high-end design sector. The company is founded by Jason Bailey, whose 20 years of specialist experience have forged an unparalleled depth of industry knowledge and an unrivaled network of longstanding, trusted relationships. 

 

Jason began his recruitment career in 1998 and co-founded Solution Recruitment Ltd in 2006.  At Solution, Jason played a pivotal role in driving the business forward and expanding into new markets; specifically, the architecture and interior design sectors. Having launched the London office in 2014 and carving out a new business division, Solution Design, Jason led the company to great success; from placing a high number of senior individuals within the industry through to assisting in the restructuring of entire teams at some of London’s top architectural and design firms.

 

With an emphasis on fostering meaningful industry relationships, through an honest, transparent, and quality-driven approach, Plug. is both ambitious and unique in its approach.
